If you need the reliability, accuracy, and proper calculation of pay and taxes and you have a small company (10 or fewer employees) and:

can write your own checks;
do not have a cafeteria plan with pre-tax payroll deductions;
do not have a retirement plan providing for elective contributions through payroll;
don't need our payroll tax service;
don't require automatic deposits;
and don't require W-2's and SSA filing
you may establish an account here, process your payrolls, get all the reports (except checks, labor distribution, deposit advices, and W-2's) at NO COST.
